Nicole’s practice focuses on zealously representing her clients in civil litigation, administrative law and real estate matters. Nicole litigates domestic and international matters in state and federal courts and before arbitrations panels, often prosecuting or defending claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, adverse possession, foreclosures, trespass, the Right-To-Farm act, civil RICO, real estate disputes and dissolution of entities. Nicole has also successfully represented many companies in OLCC administrative hearings.
Prior to joining Harris Sliwoski, Nicole practiced at Buckley Law and Lotus Law Group in Lake Oswego. Before moving to Oregon, Nicole worked for large creditor rights firms in the Midwest representing local and national banking clients.
A Well-Rounded Business Litigator
Nicole is originally from central Ohio and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her partner of 15 years and their dog, Zola, exploring Oregon’s hiking trails and rock climbing spots.
