Elijah is a business, intellectual property, entertainment, and litigation attorney. A collaborative team member and keen negotiator, he helps businesses navigate complex problems with simple and straightforward solutions. Whether working hands-on with clients to develop and protect their brands, or spearheading a novel legal matter, Elijah is dedicated to crafting meaningful and lasting legal solutions for his clients.

Fostering a sense of creativity and collaboration has helped Elijah counsel many emerging and established start-ups. He believes that law cannot be practiced in a vacuum, and enjoys shepherding ideas into full-fledged, successful companies across many industries. Elijah also has been privileged to work with non-profits on matters including entertainment law, environmental protection, and international infrastructure projects.

In the realm of trademarks, Elijah is an experienced mediator and litigator, protecting trademarks and resolving high stakes disputes in state and federal court. As a robust IP practitioner, Elijah also crafts trade secret protection plans and complex licensing agreements so that companies can better protect their creations.

In his spare time, he enjoys Seattle Pacific NW life, as well as fostering literary authorship on topics including creational ethics and created intelligences, theoretical physics, space and explorational law, and global governance. Elijah has collaborated with and created in the realm of non-profit radio and podcasts, and supported the diverseness of the West Coast’s many communities through the production of media and content on civil rights, inclusiveness, entertainment, and news. Elijah writes music for piano and guitar, and believes in the fair and equitable treatment of all forms of life.

After obtaining his Juris Doctorate on the east coast, he was honored to receive a Masters of Law in Intellectual Property and Policy from The University of Washington School of Law.
