Nicole Gray Firm Administrator

As Firm Administrator at Harris Sliwoski, Nicole oversees the firm’s financial management, operations, and marketing initiatives. She is responsible for a wide range of functions that support the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth, including financial administration, billing and collections, budgeting, process development, technology implementation, staff onboarding, vendor management, and marketing coordination. Over the past eight years, she has helped develop and improve firm procedures, streamline workflows, and support the firm’s continued growth.

Before joining Harris Sliwoski, Nicole worked in retail operations and merchandising, branding, and design. Her background gives her a practical, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and process improvement. She enjoys finding ways to make complex systems work more efficiently and helping teams stay organized and productive.

Nicole earned her B.A. from the University of Arkansas with a dual major in French and European Studies. While at the University of Arkansas, she was a member of the Model European Union and the university’s traveling club volleyball team. She also participated in an intensive French-language immersion program in Quebec and spent a year studying abroad at Le Mans Université in Le Mans, France.
