Akshat excels in providing diligent advocacy and simplified immigration solutions to budding entrepreneurs, established companies, and growing families.
He represents clients in a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including visas for trainees, interns, investors, specialty occupation temporary workers, intracompany transferees, athletes and entertainment groups, and religious workers, as well as immigrant petitions for companies and self-petitioners.
Akshat also helps permanent residents preserve their status and become naturalized citizens. An equally satisfying aspect of his practice is reuniting families by obtaining visas for spouses, parents, fiancés, and visitors.
A Multitalented, Multilingual Attorney
Akshat emigrated from India and is a naturalized United States citizen. He has lived on four continents and speaks five languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Spanish, and Catalan. His professional activities have included the Rotary Club of Bellevue, the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, and the Eastside Legal Assistance Program.
In the spare time he finds between his practice and family, Akshat focuses on improving his photography skills and appreciating the culture, tactics, and business of soccer/fútbol.
