Leaders at the Forefront of the National and Global Cannabis and Psychedelics Industries

Providing industry-expert legal planning, regulatory support, corporate guidance, and compliance strategies, we help our clients build the durable legal frameworks they need for long-term growth and success.

Since 2010, we have been assisting new drug therapy businesses in navigating rapidly evolving regulations and policies, not only across the many U.S. states that have implemented legalizing legislation but also in Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the European Union, where similar progress is being made. Our new drug therapies team is regularly consulted by legislators and members of the judiciary and publishes industry-leading opinions that help educate operators, legislators, and the public.

As in all areas in which we operate, our new drug therapies attorneys leverage their business knowledge and international networks to help our clients develop cost-effective legal strategies that support global business objectives.
