Utah Ketamine Clinics Face New Patient Monitoring Law

Earlier this year, Utah passed a law that will directly impact ketamine clinics. The new law is entitled “Anesthesia and sedation requirements – Unprofessional conduct – Whistleblower protection.” Ut. St. § 58-1-510.
