Meghan Saunders is our lead cannabis law paralegal. She assists our attorneys with cannabis licensing in Arizona, California, Minnesota, Oregon, and Washington. Meghan was a pioneer in West Coast cannabis licensing, as she helped our clients in California, Oregon, and Washington secure cannabis licenses in the earliest stages of legalization in these states. She also helps our cannabis clients with their intellectual property and corporate matters.
Meghan has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from Michigan State University.
Uniquely Equipped to Serve Entrepreneurs
Before joining Harris Sliwoski, Meghan enjoyed a long career in the film and television and commercial animation industries as a production artist and web developer. Because of her background working with artists, Meghan is well equipped to work with our entrepreneurial and intellectual property clients.
In her free time, Meghan can be found with her Weimaraner at her side, out salsa dancing, or DJing. Meghan is also a certified nutritional therapist.
