Kathleen leads Harris Sliwoski’s Portland and Minnesota paralegal teams. Over the past 25 years, she has managed paralegal services for both transactional and litigation matters. A member of the Oregon Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, she has a wealth of experience in estate planning, corporate law, real estate, and state and federal court litigation in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. She has also assisted with many of our international litigation and arbitration matters.

In addition to being incredibly organized and fantastic at what she does, Kathleen’s clients and colleagues alike find her an absolute joy to work with. Her depth of knowledge makes her a highly prized member of our firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practices. She also supports our attorneys on corporate and transactional matters when the need arises.
A graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, Kathleen lived and worked in Chicago before returning to Oregon to raise her two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Kathleen is an avid reader and enjoys sports, music, and life in the City of Roses. She is reconnecting with her Midwest roots by heading up our Minneapolis, Minnesota office’s paralegal team.
