About Mariana Vázquez Arroyo

A woman with long dark hair and a white shirt sits at a wooden table, smiling and looking forward. She is in an office setting with a wooden backdrop, where a portrait of Vince Sliwoski hangs on the wall behind her.

Mariana Vázquez Arroyo is an accomplished attorney with a profound understanding of both domestic and international corporate law in Mexico. She graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla with a specialization in Mexico Private Business Law and later earned a Master’s Degree in International Corporate Law from the same institution, along with a Diploma in Contracts from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Mariana advises both domestic and international companies, providing tailored solutions from initial business setup to expansion and restructuring. Her extensive experience spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company spin-offs, corporate restructurings, asset transfers, share purchases and sales, and the dissolution and liquidation of companies. She also excels in forming strategic alliances—such as joint ventures, cooperation agreements, and distribution agreements—and in helping clients incorporate and set up companies in Mexico.
