• Federal trademark defense for national snack brand: Defended a national snack food company against federal trademark infringement claims, negotiating an early settlement that brought the litigation to a prompt and successful conclusion.
• Federal copyright and trademark enforcement: Represented a national apparel company in multi-million-dollar federal litigation against a competing apparel company accused of infringing the client’s copyrights and trademarks.

• Multi-million-dollar software implementation dispute: Successfully defended a California software development corporation against multi-million-dollar breach-of-contract claims involving business-to-business technology used in nationwide product distribution.
• Commercial landlord-tenant litigation: Represented the landlord of a medical office building in litigation challenging rent increases under state and municipal emergency rent laws.
