About Fernando

Fernando Rivadeneyra is one of the founding partners of the firm Rivadeneyra Treviño He specializes in Private International Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law. He has a General Business Degree from Suomi College in Michigan, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Iberoamericana, Santa Fe, Mexico.

Fernando is an Associate of the International Bar Association (IBA) and member of the AEA (Association Of European Attorneys). He is a trustee of the Jesuit University “Universidad Iberoamericana” and a member of the International Business Law Consortium (IBLC). Fernando has over 35 years of experience dealing with matters between Mexico and the United States.

Fernando is also an Associate of the International Bar Association, a Vice President of the United States – Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Puebla Chapter, a Director of the UMEGAL (Mexican Union of Galician Entrepreneurs), a member of the International Business Law Consortium, and a commander in Mexico of the order of the Camino de Santiago.
